Employee health and safety is an integral part of any workplace and it is our commitment to the prevention of accidents and occupational illnesses. All the employees of Anlin Welding are responsible for the success of our health and safety program, To ensure this we staff a full-time health and safety coordinator to maintain the safest working conditions for all our employees.

Anlin Welding managers and supervisors are responsible for ensuring employees receive training in safe work practices and procedures and addressing all safety issues as well as promoting general safety consciousness in the workplace.
